Privacy Policy
Last updated: May 26, 2026Home Rise MD LLC, doing business as Kitchen Cabinets MD ("we," "us," or "our"), respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit kitchencabinetsmd.com (the "Site") or request a quote, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.
By using the Site or contacting us, you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or submit information through it.
1. Information we collect
1.1 Information you give us
When you submit a quote request, send us an email, or call us, you may provide:
- Your full name
- Phone number
- Email address
- ZIP code or service address
- Preferred cabinet style and any project details you share with us
- Any other content you choose to include in messages to us
1.2 Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our hosting provider and any analytics tools we may use in the future automatically log a limited amount of technical data, which may include:
- Browser type and version
- Operating system and device type
- IP address (typically truncated for analytics use)
- Pages viewed and time spent on the Site
- The referring website or search query
We do not currently run third-party analytics, advertising pixels, or retargeting scripts on this Site. If we add any in the future, we will update this Privacy Policy and surface the choice through the cookie banner.
1.3 Cookies and similar technologies
A "cookie" is a small text file a website stores in your browser. We use cookies and similar local-storage technologies only as needed to make the Site work and to remember your preferences (for example, that you've already responded to our cookie banner). You can change or revoke your preference at any time by clicking "Cookie Preferences" in the footer of any page, or by clearing your browser's site data.
2. How we use your information
We use the information you give us to:
- Respond to your quote requests and other inquiries
- Schedule in-home consultations and follow up about your project
- Send you order updates, invoices, and warranty information if you become a customer
- Improve our services, materials, and the Site itself
- Comply with applicable law, respond to lawful requests, and protect our rights
We do not sell your personal information to third parties, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing purposes without your consent.
3. How the quote form works
Our quote form does not transmit data to a server we control. Instead, when you press "Get My Free Quote," your browser opens your own email application with the form contents pre-filled in a new message addressed to kitchencabinetsmd@gmail.com. The message is only sent if you press Send inside your email app. Until you do, no data leaves your device through the Site.
4. Who we share information with
We share personal information only with:
- Service providers who help us operate the business (for example, hosting, email, or scheduling tools) and who are contractually required to protect your information and use it only for the services they perform for us.
- Government authorities when required by law, court order, or subpoena, or when we believe disclosure is reasonably necessary to protect our rights, property, or safety, or that of our customers or the public.
- Successors in interest in the event of a merger, acquisition, sale of assets, or similar transaction, subject to the protections of this Privacy Policy.
5. How long we keep information
We retain your information for as long as we have an active relationship with you, and for a reasonable period afterward to support tax, warranty, accounting, dispute-resolution, and legal-compliance obligations. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.
6. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. No system is perfectly secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If you believe your information has been compromised, please contact us immediately.
7. Children's privacy
The Site is intended for adults age 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
8. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
- Ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete information
- Ask us to delete your personal information, subject to legal exceptions
- Withdraw consent for any processing that is based on consent
- Opt out of receiving promotional communications by following the unsubscribe link or replying "STOP"
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at kitchencabinetsmd@gmail.com. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling your request.
9. Third-party links
The Site may link to websites and services we do not operate (for example, financing partners, social media, or map providers). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties. Please review their privacy policies before providing them with information.
10. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top. If the changes are material, we may also notify you by posting a notice on the Site or by emailing you. Your continued use of the Site after the changes take effect means you accept the updated Policy.
